We have worked with CBRE (formally Norland Managed Services) for over 15 years. In this time we have produced many tender documents, annual reports and service brochures for the company. We have also supported them with document printing, creative box sets, illustration work, 3D modelling and animated presentations.

The creation of high-profile, well designed, tender documents and reports is what we do best. Our design philosophy is definitely ‘less-is-more’ and that ‘information’ is king.

The client normally supplies a Word or PowerPoint document for the content. All pictures are colour corrected and sharpened ready for printing. Our job is to make sure that any additional assets are presented in a consistent style, such as headshots photographed in different locations. We also create icons, illustrations and info-graphics to support the overall message; making the content more visually exciting.

The process normally starts with research into the recipient company and coming up with an overall design concept which is approved by our client. This includes working with CBRE to source suitable imagery, and if required, commissioning location photography.

We layout the initial artwork and a proof is submitted for checking. At this stage the client can make changes or corrections. The approved document can be printed or produced as in interactive PDF file. We also offer copywriting services if required.
