The first stage of the project was to research and create a suitable name for the business. World With Web was decided upon based on its description of the world we live in, but also for the play on the abbreviation of ‘WWW’. Once the name had been confirmed, we moved to the branding and overall look and feel. We presented various design options, but the team felt this chosen design was a good mix between feeling retro – representing a sense of going back to a time before the internet and re-connecting with nature, but it also has an energetic twist; showing a determination and hope for a greener world.

As part of the process, World With Web provide customers with a report, where they score your site. These reports are separated out into four categories; Site Speed, Image and Asset Optimisation, Web Hosting and overall Carbon Footprint. We created icons and a colourway for each category, clearly defining them on the report. We also created score badges for each category and the overall report score. All assets were provided to the client for them to use on their website that they decided to build themselves. The website is in its early stages, however the business idea is gathering traction and we look forward to continuing to work with World With Web.
